GUARANTEED SAVINGS

A precise baseline of current energy consumption and the actual savings verified annually compared to the baseline are defined and agreed. the percentage of savings is therefore guaranteed through an innovative bonus-malus formula with an insurance policy that covers up to 80% of any failed savings (Malus). If the saving is higher than the one proposed, the excess is shared (Bonus)
